Casalgrande Marmora Lunense Wall & Floor Tiles

Lunense has a quiet elegance that's difficult to pin down at first glance. The base is a soft, cool white with fine grey veining running through it - closer to the refined end of the marble spectrum than the dramatic. It's the kind of tile that makes a room feel considered rather than decorated, and it has a particular ability to make spaces feel larger and lighter without sacrificing warmth entirely. Like all tiles in the Marmora collection, Lunense is a rectified porcelain stoneware tile, meaning the edges are precision-cut for minimal grout lines and a seamless finish.

It suits bathrooms and kitchens especially well, where the cool white tone works with almost any colour scheme - whether that's paired with dark cabinetry for contrast or kept entirely pale for a clean, uncluttered finish. The low-relief veining runs through the surface of the tile itself rather than sitting on top as a print, which gives it a tactility and depth you notice more the longer you look at it. On a bathroom floor in the Honed finish, which carries an R9 slip rating, it's both practical and genuinely beautiful.
