Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we're here to help.

Returns

• You can return stock items (full boxes only) within 28 days of delivery.
• If returned within 14 days, you’ll receive a full refund (minus delivery and collection charges).
• Returns after 14 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Adhesive, grout, tools, sale items, and special order products from abroad are non-returnable.

How to Return

Please contact us first at sales@tilesandbathroomsonline.co.uk or call 01908 311104 before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.
• Refunds may take 3–5 working days to process and a further 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
