Pricing & Payment

• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required at the time of ordering. We do not accept American Express.

Product Information

• We do our best to ensure all descriptions and images are accurate, but colours may vary by batch.
• Samples are for guidance only and may not match delivered tiles exactly.

Quality & Inspection

• All goods should be inspected prior to fixing. Claims made after fixing cannot be accepted.
• Natural materials such as stone will have inherent variation. This is not considered a fault.

Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from delays, incorrect products or product faults.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Your order is only confirmed once dispatched.
