If you're fitting the floor yourself, the Uniclic joint on these planks is a friendly one to work with. The planks angle in or tap together on both the long and short edges, and there's no glue involved, so the whole floor goes down cleanly.
As for the look, Morning Mist Oak is a cool, mid-grey oak with soft knots and a natural grain. In the 15.2 x 91.5cm size it becomes a more detailed, traditional-looking floor, great for bedrooms, studies and smaller kitchens.
Each plank has a core of SPC, or stone plastic composite, which makes it rigid, stable and fully waterproof. On top there's a 0.55mm wear layer and a UV coating that helps stop the colour fading in sunny rooms. The underlay is already attached, and you can lay it over underfloor heating as long as the surface stays at 27°C or under.
