Casalgrande Marmora Pavonazzetto Wall & Floor Tiles

Pavonazzetto is the boldest colour in the Marmora collection, and it makes no apology for it. The name comes from an ancient Roman marble prized for its rich, complex veining - and this porcelain interpretation earns the reference. A warm, mid-toned base is crossed with dramatic veining in deeper browns, greys and creams, creating a surface that has real presence on both floors and walls.

It's a natural fit for bathrooms where you want something with a bit more character - think a freestanding bath on a Pavonazzetto floor, or a full-height feature wall behind a vanity unit. It also works well in kitchens, particularly as a splashback or on a kitchen island, where the movement in the pattern adds visual interest without needing anything else around it. For floor use, the Honed finish carries an R9 slip rating, which makes it a sensible choice in wet areas without compromising on the look. As a rectified porcelain tile, Pavonazzetto is precision-cut for tight, consistent joints - particularly important when you're working with a pattern this bold.
