Plains Volcano is the darkest tone in the Sandy collection, a deep near-black with a warmth hidden in its depths that stops it from feeling harsh. The sand-like porcelain texture is particularly effective in this colourway, catching the light in a way that gives the surface real movement. In a bathroom clad floor to ceiling, it is seriously impressive.
These Italian-made full-body porcelain tiles are part of the Moooi x ABK Nesting Room collection. The 6mm 120x280cm slab is wall only and makes a bold statement on a feature wall. The 8.5mm formats across 120x120cm, 60x120cm and 60x60cm are suitable for both walls and floors, and the 120x120cm floor format in particular has a graphic, architectural quality that works well in contemporary interiors and commercial spaces.
