Noir is a deep charcoal-black, the colour that does most of the heavy lifting when it comes to that classic black and white cementine look. On its own it's a confident, grounding colour, but it really comes into its own laid alongside one of the patterned Rêverie décors, most of which are designed around exactly this kind of black and white or black and neutral contrast.

It's rated R10 for slip resistance and frost resistant, so it's just as at home on a bathroom floor or in a busy kitchen as it is set against a lighter décor on a feature wall. Being porcelain rather than a softer material, it also holds its colour well over time rather than fading or wearing patchy.
