Pale wood floors can make a kitchen feel bigger and brighter, and ClickLux Premium Light Birch does exactly that. It's a light, warm birch with soft woodgrain, in wide 22.9cm planks that suit Scandinavian-style rooms as well as more traditional painted kitchens.
The surface is embossed in register (EIR), so the texture follows the printed grain and feels like real timber when you run a hand over it. A 0.55mm wear layer sits on top to protect against everyday marks, from dropped cutlery to muddy shoes.
Under that is a stiff SPC board, largely limestone, which makes the planks fully waterproof, plus a 1.5mm foam underlay fixed to the back for extra comfort and quiet. The planks click together with an I4F joint, no glue needed, and work with underfloor heating.
