Casalgrande Atelier Brume Rectified Wall Tiles

Brume is a soft, warm greige, the kind of shade that sits somewhere between stone and taupe without settling firmly into either. It has a gentle, chalky quality to it rather than anything cold or clinical, which makes it feel more like a considered paint colour than a typical tile. The Naturale Matt finish keeps that softness intact, with no shine to distract from the tone itself, and at 120x278cm the largest format reads almost like a single painted wall rather than a tiled one.

Being only 6mm thick and rectified to a single calibre, Brume sits with barely-there grout lines, which suits both bathroom walls and kitchen splashbacks where a clean, uninterrupted surface matters. It's best used as a wall tile throughout, and while it can work on floors in lighter domestic settings, we'd always recommend using it as a wall covering in anywhere that sees regular footfall. Its understated warmth also makes it a natural partner for other surfaces in a scheme, it sits particularly well against dark marble-effect porcelain like our Marmoker range, or a graphite concrete-look surface such as Steeltech, letting those bolder finishes do the talking while Brume holds the space together.

Brume is also available as a 5x5cm mosaic, a 5x15cm glitter mosaic, and a 40x120cm glitter decor panel, all in the same shade, so smaller feature areas or shower niches can pick up the same tone.
