The DITRA-HEAT-E-DUO-S is under tile and stone heating for walls and floors. The uncoupling mat has a special anchoring fleece, allowing impact sound to be reduced and fast heat-up response. Kerbside Delivery: Large items are delivered to the kerb or nearest accessible point. Drivers won't enter your home or carry goods inside.
Charges: One delivery fee per order. Calculated at checkout based on postcode and weight. If the calculator fails, call us on 01908 311104.
Timing: Stock items: 3–5 working days. Special orders: 5–14 days. Couriers call to book delivery.
Delivery Windows: Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm. No Saturday deliveries.
Damages: Mark delivery as “damaged” if necessary and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Collections: Depot collection available at checkout.

Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 working days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility. Special orders are non-returnable.
Stock Returns: Full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, 25% restocking fee applies (up to 28 days).
Damaged/Incorrect Goods: Mark delivery accordingly. Report within 48 hours with photos.
Refund Time: Processed within 3–5 working days after inspection. Appears in your account in another 3–5 days.
