Grespania Artic Antracita Wall & Floor Tiles

Artic Antracita is the darkest of the five colours, a charcoal base packed with fragments of black, slate and smoky grey stone, with thin white veins scratched across it here and there. It copies a breccia marble, the kind of stone made from broken pieces that have set back together into one slab, so each tile has its own pattern of chips and veins.

It's a strong choice for a moody bathroom, a feature wall behind a bath or fire, or a busy kitchen floor where the darker colour and speckled surface help hide everyday marks. The natural matt finish is rated R9 and Class 1 for indoor floors and walls. The polished finish is Class 0, so it's best kept to walls and dry floors, where its shine really brings out the veining.

The natural finish comes in seven sizes, from a 15 x 15cm taco up to 80 x 160cm, and polished in four, from 59 x 59cm up to 78 x 158cm. The taco is a small square in the same colour that can be mixed with the bigger sizes to make a pattern. Every size is 10mm rectified porcelain with a coloured body. Grespania also makes Artic Antracita in polished Coverlam slabs up to 120 x 360cm, which we can order in for a seamless wall or a matching kitchen island.
