A grey stone patio is a classic for good reason. It suits brick, render and timber, and it hides muddy paw prints better than most. Arles Gris gives you that look in 20mm porcelain, with the soft clouding and fine grain of weathered sandstone.
Grespania rates it R11 for slip resistance, so paths, terraces and poolsides are all fair game. Being porcelain, it shrugs off frost and spills and never needs sealing. The 90 x 90cm slabs can go down on a mortar bed, or raised on pedestals over a balcony or roof terrace.
