What is kerbside delivery?

Our couriers will off load goods from their vehicle and using a pallet truck will wheel goods as close to your property as possible.
Pallet trucks will not go up kerbs or stairs and cannot operate on uneven or gravel driveways.

The driver will not enter your home and will not carry goods. Drivers will only wheel pallets as far as a their pallet truck will allow them to.

TilesandBathroomsOnline use Aztek Logistics to deliver all pallets/large items. All pallet delivery companies offer 'kerbside only'. We don't have our own drivers and vehicles to deliver and bring goods into your home & can not offer any other kind of delivery service for palletised orders.

Why won't the postcoder at the checkout estimate my delivery charge?

How much is delivery?

You only pay one delivery charge per order no matter how many products you purchase. You are shown the exact delivery charge before check-out. Delivery charges are based on UK postcode and weight.


How do I know when you will deliver?

Our couriers will call you to book in a delivery day (Mon - Fri)
Large items: we use Pallet Ways, they will contact you on the telephone number that you provide when placing your order, arranging a suitable time to deliver.

Small items: are sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force. Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will receive an automated email and your order will arrive 2 working days later. Parcel Force will text you with delivery times and options.


Do you deliver Saturdays?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Saturday deliveries.


What do I do if good arrive broken?

Sign the paperwork on delivery "damaged" You then have 48 hours to claim for breakages. You will need to provide evidence by emailing over photos to our sales team who will then arrange replacements for you asap. Email:

How long does delivery take?

Stock items are shipped within 3-5 working days. Special order products take between 5-14 working days. If your product is a special order item a member of our sales team will contact you with an estimated delivery time before processing your order, giving you the option to cancel. 


What time will you deliver?

Deliveries are made between 9am - 5.30pm.


What if I am not home to take delivery?

Small items: delivered by Parcel Force - you will be left a card and your order will be taken back to the local depot, simply call to rearrange delivery, you can also collect from your local depot if you prefer.

Large items: delivered by Pallet Ways - This will not happen on large items, as you will have agreed a prior delivery time & will need to sign for your order on delivery.


Will the delivery driver carry goods into my home?

No, we only offer a kerb side delivery. The courier will wheel large items on pallets as close to the property as possible, or into a garage if there is access. Our couriers are not insured to enter your property. Small items will be delivered to your doorstep via Parcel Force.


Can I collect from one of your depots?

Yes. Please select which depot you would like to collect from when placing your order online.
