We’ve just finished a beautiful bathroom project in Castlethorpe, and it’s one we’re really proud of. The aim was to create a light, modern space that still felt calm and welcoming - something stylish, but not too trendy, and practical for everyday use.

To bring that to life, we kept the colour palette soft and neutral, adding contrast with black fittings and just the right amount of pattern on the floor tiles. The result is a bathroom that feels fresh and thoughtfully put together, with plenty of attention paid to the small details.

Careful spatial planning ensures the room flows beautifully, with each zone feeling purposeful and no area left underused. The room is rectangular, but its layout and ceiling structure brought complexity to the design. A dividing wall separates the toilet area from the main bathroom, helping to zone the space naturally. Rather than viewing this wall as a limitation, the design embraces it, using it to create a distinct nook for the toilet while also forming a striking backdrop for the basin and mirror.

The slanted ceiling could have been a challenge, but instead, it's used to advantage. By positioning the WC beneath the tallest part of the ceiling, the design allows for clever storage above, making the most of vertical space without compromising on aesthetics.

We recently had the pleasure of working on a beautiful bathroom renovation in Leighton Buzzard. The client wanted a calming, modern space with a touch of luxury, and the final result certainly delivers! Carefully selected materials and finishes come together to create a bathroom that feels spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed.

To set the tone for this tranquil bathroom, our client chose LAB325 Taupe 60 x 120cm tiles by ABK for both the floor and the main walls. These large-format tiles have a subtle industrial texture and a warm grey tone that brings depth without overwhelming the space.
