In our last blog entitled: Living Collection: Do your wall tiles 'live it up'?, we saw the new Living tile collection, focusing on the ceramic tiles suitable for wall use only. The full range by Original Style also features three mini collections of porcelain tiles which can be used on the floors as well as walls. Let us introduce you to Nano, Frontier and Origami - quite possibly the future for your home!

- Nano -

Living wall & floor tiles: Nano

The Nano mini collection features four tile designs – each with exquisite and subtle patterns. The small, repeating designs seen in the Nano tiles give them a textured look. The design is printed onto the Tileworks Celaya White Tile (product code CS1204-6030), so perfect to use as an accompanying look if you don't want your room overrun with patterns!

Contrast these grey tiles with pops of colour in your furniture or with plants for a contemporary feel. Alternatively, pair them with white or black furniture for a monochromatic, minimal look.

The above imagery shows the Living Nano used as a wall tile, but the patterned porcelain is also perfectly suited for domestic floors.

- Frontier -

Living wall & floor tiles: Frontier

Eclectic yet still versatile, the Frontier collection features six different geometric designs for a distinctive look. A grey base with rustic patterns creates the perfect fusion of modern with classic that will look amazing anywhere in the home.

The Frontier collection follows the grey and copper colour scheme, but one tile, 'Frontier Spirit' has the addition of a soft shade of blue. The tile has a weathered effect, using the rust colour discreetly in the background.

If you're looking for a plain tile to complement the range, we have some suggestions for you - the Tileworks Celaya White Tile (CS1204-6030) will pick up on the greyer tones of the patterned tile, or the Tileworks Mineral Nude Structured Tile (CS745-6030) is an option which will add some beige to your interiors.

The brown/rust tones in the Frontier mini collection also make them a perfect match for a wood effect tile. The Frontier Kin or Frontier Sun tiles would look amazing used as a wall tile, with a wood effect such as Tileworks Canela Matt (CS1139-12020) on the floors.

- Origami -

Living wall & floor tiles: Origami

Looking to make a subtle statement? Then the Origami collection is the perfect pick. The Origami tiles feature three different triangular designs for a retro feel. The worn finish of these tiles provides a fashionable vintage look that is sure to attract attention.

The Origami tiles have a very subtle and muted shade of blue as part of the design. If you are looking to accentuate this colour, the Radiance Blue Frost Brick tile (GW-RBL2008F) from the Glassworks collection is an exemplary choice. The reflective surface of the glass tiles gives a unique glowing appearance which will enhance the delicate blues found in the Origami tile.

The large format and neutral colour scheme of the tiles in the Living range give the whole collection a modern feel. With a variety of designs to choose from there is sure to be something for you!

The Living range also features five mini-collections of ceramic tiles which can be used on the walls only. Please view the complete range, and give us a call on 01234 324592 with your chosen tiles and we can provide you with a competitive quote.
