Can I view all your Internet products in-store?Unfortunately it is impossible to for us to display all the products that we sell online, if you wish to view something specifically please call prior to your visit.
Placing an order
Which credit cards do you accept? We currently accept - Mastercard, VISA, Solo, Switch / Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron for payments online. Unfortunately American Express cannot be accepted.
When will my card be charged for my order? The full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed. I can't get my order to go through? Our payment system is very strict, please ensure that the details you are entering match EXACTLY with the details your credit card company holds for you, if you are unsure we recommend that you call your bank directly to check. How to place an order? Simply add the products you wish to order to your shopping basket and follow the instructions, if you need help or would like to place your order by phone please call us on 01908 326111 and a member of our sales team will assist you.Can I collect from one of your depots? Yes. Please place your order over the phone 01908 326111 and we will have your order ready at your chosen depot for collection DELIVERY
How much is delivery? You only pay one delivery charge per order no matter how many products you purchase. You are shown the exact delivery charge before check-out.
Delivery Charge Guide Delivery on large items is £36 (UK mainland) Small Items £8-£12
How long does delivery take? Stock items are shipped within 3-5working days.
Special order products take between 5-14working days. If your product is a special order item- A member of our sales team will contact you with an estimated delivery time before processing your order, giving you the option to cancel.
How do I know when you will deliver? Our couriers will call you to book in a delivery day (mon-fri)For large items we use Pallet Ways, they will contact you on the telephone number that you provide when placing your order, arranging a suitable time to deliver. Small items are sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force. Upon dispatch from our warehouse you are automatically emailed and your order will arrive 2working days later What time will you deliver? Deliveries are made between 9am-5.30pm. Sorry we can't give you a time.
What if I am not home to take delivery? On small items you will be left a card and your order will be taken back to the local depot, simply call to rearrange delivery, you can also collect from your local depot if you prefer. This will not happen on large items, as you will have agreed a prior delivery time & will need to sign for your order on delivery.
Do you deliver Saturdays? No. If you do want a Saturday delivery, please call our sales team on 01908 326111 Our Couriers charge £37+vat extra (on top of your delivery fee) to deliver on a Saturday.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damages must be reported with 24hours
Large orders delivered by pallet, MUST be checked before you sign. It is part of the driver's contract that you have 15 minutes to fully check your order. Damaged goods must be signed for damaged, please notify of this immediately at sales@tilesandbathroomonline.co.uk to speed up the process of replacing your damaged goods. This again allows us to make a claim on your behalf and issue a replacement at no additional cost. |
