| I had been shopping at a High Street Tile Store and a changing design, my fault, had postponed my completing an order. When I finally decided just how much tile I needed, the sales person THEN told me the wait would be 10 to 14 days and that was with the extra cost of a fast? delivery. And in fact they were not sure exactly when the tiles would be sent because they were out of stock.
I searched on the internet for the tiles I wanted, found Tiles and Bathrooms, called you up to find out how long delivery would take, ordered and received the tiles in TWO days for £80 less than the other store! The tiles were exactly what I wanted. Everything about the transaction was easy, fast and efficient. Thank you. |
