Drilling Tools for Tiles

High quality diamond tipped borers each complete with a tungsten carbide replaceable pilot drill bit, that fits straight into an electric drill. The pilot drill is an ideal guide for accurate drilling. Tips should be watercooled and the foragres drilling guide can be used for this.

This guide will hold an electric drill in a fixed position whilst cutting a hole in a tile with diamond hole borers and allows water to be poured in for cooling the diamond tips. Used with Rubi 'Diamant Borers' in this section. Not suitable for use with a swivel connector.

Blue Granite/Multi construction dirll bits have proved to be highly suitable for Porcelain. With double fluted tips they are fast (2000 rpm) and durable. They have Carbide and Diamond-ground cutting edges with centering geometry for extremely hard materials, including floor tiles up to factor 7 & 8 on the scratch hardness scale.

F.V Drill bits are blended with Tungsten Carbide and Cobalt to make them highly durable and reduces loss of hardness at high temperatures.
