Travertine is a sedimentary rock formed when dissolved calcium carbonate is deposited from hot geysers; normally formed with air bubbles which can then be filled with resin or honed to a smooth finish. The Tumbled Finish is made with a water jet and leaves a more rustic look. To create a Sandblasted finish we use a greater power jet and this makes a smoother finish on the stone.
